In-Course Assistance

We recognise that personal circumstances and work commitments can make it difficult to complete the course in the time available. If at any point you feel that you are struggling with the pace of the course or finding a particular module challenging, you can contact your designated course coordinator immediately. He/she will be able to either provide you with extra material, assignment extensions put you in touch with the relevant instructor for assistance.

We are also flexible about the time you require to complete the course. If you feel you are unable to meet the requirements at that time, you are able to pause your progress, and resume at the same place when the next course commences. We will guarantee you access to the resources for a period of 3 years, from the commencement of the course in order to complete the diploma. Alternatively, you can withdraw from the course at any time and receive a Certificate of completion for the topics you have completed.

How can an e-learning course be interactive?

Boredom can be a real danger, however, we use an interactive approach to our e-Learning – with live sessions instead of recordings.  The webinar software allows everyone to interact and involves participants in group work; including hands-on exercises with simulation software and remote laboratories where possible.  You can communicate with text messages, or live VoIP speech, or can even draw on the whiteboard during the sessions.
